Tracie Collins, MD, MPH is the Dean of the University of New Mexico College of Population Health, one of three in the nation, and is a clinician and researcher who studies the racial disparities in the impact of serious vascular disorders. In this episode, Dr. Collins reflects how she made the transitions in her career through regular evaluation and a personal experience that influenced how she thinks about her work in population health.
